Μου άρεσε Site is better than we expected. First time staying and its definitely great for kids! Loads of things available for the children to do, trampoline, go karts, playbarn and sandpit. Owners and staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the onsite tourer which was nice. A couple of issues with the tourer which is why I knocked a star off. The owner discussed it with us on arrival but it didnt affect our stay. Nice sized field if you are camping. Nice little nature trail, good for walking dogs. Whole family said we'd definitely stay again.

Δεν μου άρεσε Nothing major. Maybe another toilet and shower but the ones available were nice.

Από τον διαχειριστή: Thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback. Regarding the WiFi, we would just like to clarify that the caravan uses a 4G mobile internet connection, rather than fixed home broadband. As with any mobile network, the speed and reliability can vary depending on signal strength, network coverage and the number of people using the network at the time. Because of this, it may not always be as fast or as reliable as a fixed broadband connection at home. However, we appreciate your feedback and will continue to monitor the service provided. We hope you still enjoyed the rest of your stay and thank you again for your feedback. Here the main review Of course — please send or upload the main review (a screenshot or copy and paste the text here), and I’ll write a full, polite and professional response that addresses the WiFi issue appropriately. Thank you so much for your lovely review and for recommending the caravan. We are delighted that you found it spacious and comfortable, and that you enjoyed the enclosed outdoor area for both the children and dogs. It's also great to hear that you enjoyed the holiday park and found it a good base for exploring West Wales. Regarding the WiFi, we appreciate your understanding. The internet in the caravan is provided via a 4G mobile network rather than fixed home broadband, so the speed and reliability can naturally vary depending on mobile signal, coverage and network usage at the time. Unfortunately, this means it may not always be as fast or reliable as broadband at home. We're pleased that this didn't affect your holiday too much and that you were able to enjoy your time exploring the area. Thank you again for staying with us, and we would love to welcome you and your family — including the dogs — back again in the future!

Μου άρεσε the pitches were a nice size, you could choose where you wanted to set up camp and there was a lot of woodland for us to walk the dog.

Δεν μου άρεσε Wasn't anyone on site when we arrived so had to phone for owner.
