‘Real ale, real food and real entertainment’ is on offer this weekend in Flintshire, North Wales. The first ever Mold Beer Festival, running from 23-25 November, will see Welsh, Irish and English folk music, guitarist Steve Tempo and over thirty real ales, ciders and wines featured.
Known as NovemberFest, the CAMRA-approved event encourages local shops, restaurants and pubs to join in by adopting their own theme for the weekend.
Admission to NovemberFest is by ticket only, with tickets available from Mold Town Council, Wetherspoons, Delyn Wine Bar, Gwinology and Ruthin Castle.
Pitch up within ten miles of Mold and combine NovemberFest with some fishing at Chester Lakes, with waterside pitches, a tackle shop and fishing lessons on site; prices for this weekend start from £10 a night. Also just over the border and within ten miles of Mold is the dog-friendly Chester Southerly Camp Site, with grass and hardstanding pitches from £17 a night. Cheers!
