Syntes om The area of the site was lovely itself and the hot tub was enjoyed. However that was the end of the positive elements.

Syntes ikke om When we arrived the camping pod was infested with flies, not just one or two, but an infestation. They were on the floors, ceiling and all over the equipment. We were then offered an alternative when we went to enquire, but the alternative was a permanent tent. We paid £120 for one night of this pod and we couldn't even be inside of it. We also couldn't stay in the permanent tent as we hadn't packed for the colder temperatures, which was a drastic change to the temperature in the pod. We actually left at 3am in the morning because neither accommodations were appropriate. Additionally this was a special planned trip for a young person who has never had a camping pod/hot tub holiday before. This site was chosen for the location and the look of the pod and hot tub. This was an incredibly disappointment for the young person and myself as the carer who had planned this trip for them as a first experience. Additionally, and perhaps most frustratingly, I emailed the proprietor of the pod with my feedback and have received no reply over a week later. I had to explain that the young person the trip was for has health needs, which I feel like the state of the accommodation could have potentially affected if we were to have stayed for the full night in either of the accommodations. The phone number of the proprietor which is included on the booking email and website, when we called was actually not in use. This appears incredibly suspicious and not how to run a business within the vacation industry.
