Domaine Le Poteau

Syntes om: Everything ! A beautiful, peaceful site. Very pretty grounds with planting to give privacy. Facilities were very clean and had everything needed for a perfect stay. Fiona and Alisdair are wonderful hosts and nothing is too much trouble. We were greeted with a glass of wine and shown around. Fresh bread/croissants are available every day if required which is a lovely start to any day. The location is perfect for a short walk to the village which has a beautiful lake walk, restaurants and outdoor swimming pool. We had a fantastic meal cooked by Alisdair and eaten in the barn, a really happy evening ! We stayed four nights but wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Fiona and Alisdair😊

Nous sommes conscients que votre séjour chez nous a été très court et qu'il s'est déroulé un peu plus loin que prévu, de sorte que vous n'avez pas pu faire l'expérience de la vie quotidienne au Poteau. Le Poteau n'est pas situé sur une trajectoire de vol commerciale, le bruit des avions est donc rare, mais il arrive très occasionnellement que les militaires effectuent des manœuvres. Nous sommes vraiment désolés que cela se soit produit pendant votre bref séjour. merci encore

Syntes om: A lovely little campsite in an excellent location. All of the pitches are different and offer seclusion and privacy. Alaistair and Fiona are wonderful (Scottish) hosts who make you feel very welcome. They have put in a lot of work to make the place beautiful. The location is excellent- the village is a short walk away, and the surrounding towns and countryside are stunning

Syntes om: A lovely campsite with lots of quirky features, hammocks and swings dotted around the place, a private swimming pool, a large covered seating area. Owned by a friendly couple who welcomed us with a glass of delicious chilled wine. Super clean facilities. 100% recommend.

Syntes om: Very friendly hosts at a perfectly located site next to a vineyard. They even did reservations for you at local restaurants and offered food and a big variety of drinks whilst having organised an evening event for all campers. The bathrooms were very modern and clean as well. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Lots of hammocks strung out ready to use Travelling on bike, was immediately asked if I needed extra drying facilites Lots of covered areas to eat out. BBQ pits if needed Sanitation top notch and clean

Syntes om: After picking up our new motor home and booking our first journey : we could not have asked for a better place to be . The owners Alasdair and Fiona are truly amazing ; they made us feel very welcome ; they greeted us on our arrival with a glass of wine ; showed us where the showers and toilets were ; we have to say was cleaned several times through the day and the facilities are clean. ; the pitch was great and very spacious ; it’s a very peaceful relaxing place with amazing panoramique scenic views . it was superb ; we definitely will return again to this beautiful place ; the local shops are friendly and plenty of walks and cycling to do! The wine they sell is good value for money ; the order we got from the bakery Alasdair and Fiona delivered everyday was super ; they make themselves available for all your needs ; and will stop and chat ; they are very friendly ; we have to say thank you to them both for our stay of which we thoroughly enjoyed.. Alasdair and Fiona have created a magnificent place. our stay vas very comfortable and relaxing . We would definitely recommend .
