Syntes om: Was a large fully serviced pitch which was well maintained and clean was hard standing pitch which was very large we had a unit an awning and one car but was enough room to put another 3 cars on there and still have room was a nice site

Syntes om: Stated at Folly Farm for 3 nights. The park information was sent by Email and all include in details of every necessary and more! We were late and arrived after reception was closed but after finding the pitch (well posted and very easy to find) someone came to the pitch to check in! The shower and toilets block are immaculate and functioning well! The staff are friendly, helpful and professional ! 10 stars won’t justify this place as it needs more than 10!

We are however sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with our fenced footpaths, this is the first review we have seen of this nature, as we often are praised for our safety and the additional measures we have enforced to ensure the safety of all Holiday Park guests. These additional safety measures include 5mph speed limits, fenced footpaths, zebra crossing points, and clearly marked road markings. We have two footpath options for guests accessing our attraction from our Holiday Park, both of these are fenced both sides and are not located near any main roads. They both run next to our attraction car parks, but providing you do not veer from the fenced footpath (unless at the dedicated road/car park crossing points), you have a wooden fence or hedge both sides depending on which footpath you choose to take. We apologise if you were unable to see the dedicated crossing points, and will investigate this with the team, and if required, add additional signage in place to make it more clear to guests where it is safe to cross and walk. As you mentioned in your review above, the bus stop, which when going to Tenby is located on the other side of the main road, outside of our attraction, you are required to cross the road. As such, we have a purpose built underpass running from our attraction to the other side of this main road, eliminating the need to cross the road, making it safer for guests looking to access this bus stop. Again, we apologise if you did not see this underpass, and we will again, look to potentially review additional signage if required. As for the ineffective tumble dryer, again, this is the first hearing of this being ineffective. We had no other feedback of faults during the period you stayed for, but we will investigate with our maintenance team and resolve any issues should we find them. Syntes om: Large pitches, flat and fully serviced. Immaculate shower / toilet block. A separate games block with pool, table tennis, retro computer games, books, music and comfortable seating. The fact that all this is free just adds to how good this site is. The communication was outstanding prior to arrival. This site is particularly suited to families with young children. Very detailed information regarding restaurants, supermarkets, pubs and places of interest. Simply can’t fault this place or the staff. We will definitely return in the future.

Syntes om: Very clean and well maintained, excellent toilet facilities with showers, games room always available with great wifi (in the games room). All the pitches were super-pitches (that I could see), almost empty (in January!).

Syntes ikke om: The wifi at the pitch I had did not work. I gave up trying it and instead went to the games room and used the wifi there. I did message the contact number, but did not get any reply about it. There was a lot of building work going on on the site, away from the touring pitches but still creating disturbance - but this was out-of-season and to improve the site, so understandable and an apology was given when I first arrived.
