Syntes om The owners and team work incredibly hard to make this site as great as it currently is. The site is spotless!!!
Toilet and shower facilities were incredibly clean with hot water at all times.
A pool table and table-tennis table for no charge was an added bonus!
The shop has everything that you would need and the coffee and crepes are fab!!
We will definitely return!

Syntes om We throughly enjoyed our stay at this campsite. It’s a relatively small campsite to what we have stayed on before which was a lovely change as it was definitely more peaceful.
It was more expensive than other sites but the care of the site, cleanliness etc really showed that you get what you pay for. The washroom and shower facilities were lovely, fresh and clean. Also the washing up room was immaculate.

We stayed near to the children’s park which was fabulous as our little boy played there constantly - it’s a lovely big play area that is well maintained.

Overall though we had an amazing time - perfect setting that is near to supermarkets, beach etc.

Tip: Wednesday in the summer is pizza night and we definitely recommend this - they were very tasty! Order in advance. They have veggie and vegan options.

Syntes ikke om The only minor issue we had was some parents are not as considerate in ensuring their children vacate the park at dusk (as signs state) so it can be quite loud late at night with children and young adults still in the park. This can make getting young children to sleep quite difficult so bear this in mind in where you set up camp.

We’re sorry that the noise from the play area after dusk was an issue during your stay. We do have signs asking children and young people to leave the park at dusk, and we appreciate how important this is for families with younger children. We’ll continue to remind guests of this, particularly during the busy summer weeks.

Syntes om Really lovely campsite, the best one we've been to. Everything was really clean: showers, toilets. Owners were lovely and helpful. You are close drive to many attractions and shops. We will definitely come back next year!

Syntes om The site is family owned and run, very welcoming, are extremely helpful and ensure you are settled for your stay. The site is extremely clean and facilities are great, lots of little details considered making your stay extremely enjoyable and comfortable.
Staff are all very friendly and are always around the site ensuring it is clean and well maintained.

It is in a great location for local beaches and nice costal walks too.

We would highly recommend!

Syntes om Tbh I liked Everything!! The owners and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast service is stunning and the croissants taste as if they come straight from France. The toilet, and the showers (as well as the pitch) are clean and there is enough space on the pitch ( we were standing on pitch 38)
On Wednesday there is an possibility to order pizza (they taste amazing) and on Tuesday and Thursday you can order crêpes (absolutely delicious)!

This campsite is also a very good spot to visit Cornwall

It’s wonderful to hear your kind words about our friendly team, the cleanliness of the pitches and facilities, and especially our breakfast service and those “straight from France” croissants! We’re also pleased you enjoyed the pizza and crêpes – we’re very lucky to have such great local food providers.

With regards to your suggestion about additional lighting, this is something we have looked at in the past. We do deliberately try to keep lighting around the park to a minimum, particularly in the back fields, as we love being able to offer guests the opportunity to enjoy the night sky and stars with as little light pollution as possible. We appreciate that this can make some areas feel quite dark, but it is something we feel is worth preserving.

Syntes om The site is beautiful, clean and thoughtfully laid out. The amenities are fantastic and everything is kept clean & tidy (we have never stayed on a campsite this clean before!) Family and pet friendly. Everyone who works there is amazing, so friendly and helpful. Perfectly central in Cornwall so nowhere is too far travel.
