If you ever do leave the farm, your luxury glamping base is within easy reach of plenty of family-friendly days out and attractions around countryside and coast. It's in the South Downs National Park too if you'd rather venture out by foot or bike: Petersfield is on the 21-mile Hangers Way trail, which merges at nearby Queen Elizabeth Country Park with the 100-mile South Downs Way. Around town, fairs and festivals are held throughout the year in Petersfield, as well as markets and a monthly farmers' market in the main square. There's the Flora Twort Gallery and Petersfield Museum if you want to potter around indoors, and shows and concerts year round at the Petersfield Festival Hall if you're staying on into the evening. Just outside town, the archaeological open-air museum Butser Ancient Farm should keep mini historians enthralled, and some time at the Petersfield Heath Pond and play park should take care of any excess energy afterwards. For urban days, Chichester and Portsmouth are within 25 minutes' drive and Guildford within 40.
