Líbí se Showers & toilets are now portacabin style - very clean and hot. Hook up, fresh water and grey waste all handy. Easy to book on pitch up. Site is quite isolated for getting to Stow as ‘bridleway’ is along a fast road BUT lovely walk to nice pubs in Oddington and was advised you can prebook the Robin Bus that does local pick up drop off to Stow. Would stay again.

We're sorry you found the route into Stow along the main road, we There is a much quieter & safer footpath route into Stow which is detailed in the camp site information, along with maps of the route in the clubhouse info centre so should be no reason to walk along the main road & we certainly wouldn't recommend it.
The Robin bus service is very good & is also detailed in the camping information.

Nelíbí se All 3 showers & floor were really dirty & mop & bucket to clean them were even worse!
Dust track as you drive in spread dust everywhere each time a vehicle went by, so unable to sit out.
Seemed like people were staying who weren’t booked in & alot of shouting & drinking until 1am.

The showers are cleaned at least twice a day & more often when very busy, although they are used throughout the day so its possible you have use d the facilities between cleans & we have been extremely busy recently. Given the extremely dry weather unfortunately some dust is inevitable, every road anywhere is dusty & its impossible to stop at least some dust. there are plenty of areas to sit out on all the pitches that don't have to face the road, & maybe this should be thought through when positioning the camper.

We can assure you that everyone staying had booked, it appears we had a large group staying with us who booked through the web site individually rather than as a group & we will endeavour to discuss any anti social behaviour with then if they can be identified. We make it clear in the site rules available in the clubhouse that behaviour should consider other campers at all times.

It had everything we need for the short stay

Nelíbí se Pitch is on a slope but it is in a beautiful setting could probably do with more electricity hook ups and can only get WiFi when you are by the club house

We would love to have more electric hook ups, sadly our planning permission restricts us to the ones we have, we review every year & go back to them now & again, hopefully in the future we will have more. The Wi-Fi is based in the clubhouse only unfortunately, the cost to run it to the camp area is huge, many thousand's & we just can't afford to do it!

Nelíbí se In the weekend they hosted a group of karting drivers. Some of them were so pissed that they only stopped talking and laughing loud at 2 in the night

I'm sorry you had a disturbed visit, it seems we had a group staying with us who had booked through the website independently, we make clear in our site information & booking that campers must respect other camp site users at all times, we will endeavour to contact the group to make sure this is clear should they come again.

Líbí se We liked being close (walkable) to Stow, as well as a lovely pub (Horse and Groom) in the other direction. Had gorgeous sunsets both night. Showers and toilet block were v good. There was a bar on site which we didn’t go to but that was handy.

Nelíbí se Not much that could be done about this given the run of super hot weather we’ve been having but the track to the toilet was quite dusty and when cars / vans passed it kicked up, so maybe some matting or similar would be good but it’s been so dry that the dust is out of their control!

Nelíbí se The toilets and showers were not clean for at least 3 days.
Bins were smelly and overflowing.
Washing up area was in between the outside drinking area and it was smelly and not welcoming and dark.
No organisation as to pitching onsite and no fire breaks between units implemented. We also didn’t see any fire points around the site.
Generators were being run late into the night and people were loud up until at least 1pm
It just felt like the whole site was unmanaged.

Od správce: Hi, thanks for staying with us & for leaving a review. We're sorry you didn't appear to enjoy your stay with us. The toilets, showers & wash up areas are cleaned at least twice a day as can be seen from the records kept on the units, & our reviews would suggest they are clean most of the time, it's possible you have used the facilities between cleans or after busy periods & we do clean the units more often during busy times.
The wash up area is under cover & fully lit, with the lights on sensors & is cleaned along with the showers etc. & bin changed daily.

The pitches on the site are clearly marked on the large white notice board on the entrance to the camping field, with names on the electric pitches and making it clear that the grass area is a self service area where you can choose where to pitch.

The fire regulations can be seen in the camping information centre in the clubhouse along with all the other site & local information, our site is fully compliant with the required fire regulations as required by our licence.

The site isn't permanently managed as its not big enough to justify the time for a full time manager, however you have a contact number on the booking acknowledgment, it's also shown on the top of the board in the access to the site & again in the clubhouse on the wall in big font, so if you had any queries help was easily available.
