Em va agradar Facilities

No em va agradar Cleanliness of toilets and showers. We asked the staff to clean the portaloos and they kept saying they had but they were disgusting 90% of the time. Flexibility of staff - even though had asked on booking (some time in advance) that ourselves and another family of friends could be pitched together, upon arrival we were quite a distance apart. When asking at reception what could be done they said nothing as someone had already booked that pitch and they couldn’t swap. When the people arrived we asked and they said no problem and swapped with us.
