Although we must admit we're slightly surprised that the radio in the washrooms was enough to cost us those missing two points! We can only assume it was tuned to the wrong station during your visit. 😉 In all seriousness, the background music was introduced following feedback from many guests who felt it helped create a more pleasant atmosphere in the facilities, but we appreciate that everyone has different preferences and we're grateful for the feedback.
