Em va agradar Very welcoming and friendly staff, absolutely gorgeous views and clean and tidy facilities. During our stay there was a pizza maker on site for two of the days as well as an ice cream van that did the rounds too which was a nice bonus! There was a wide range of campers staying at the site, from car campers, roof top tents, vans, motorhomes and ground tents, so it’s a site suitable for everyone! Lots of farmyard animals in the neighbouring fields, so you can go and give the cows a stroke and on an evening we could sit and watch the young cows in a field on a hill opposite running around which was very entertaining :)

No em va agradar We managed to get a flat pitch but a lot of the site is on a hill, which might be a problem for some. There are only four toilets so during busy parts of the day there was a queue to use them, however they were cleaned numerous times a day by the owner.

Em va agradar Me and my boyfriend have just come back from our first stay at Fairhaven and have already booked to go back! It was a lovely, peaceful and flat site with great facilities and a helpful host. Even though the toilets are unisex they were always immaculate and the showers were powerful and well heated. The pot wash and waste disposal was all perfectly functional, with lots of leaflets and suggestions of things to do, walks to go on and places to visit in the local area pinned on the wall above the sink. There was a little bit of road noise through the day, but nothing that would put me off going again. At night it was very quiet, and on a morning it was magical being able to hear so many birds in the hedgerows surrounding the site. When we visited the chickens and ducks were kept under cover due to Avian Flu risks, but hopefully on our next visit they can be out and about!
