Del gerent: We are disappointed to receive this very negative and damaging review. Our showers are cleaned daily, or more often if needed. The shower water is taken directly from the mains and is drinking quality water. It is heated at the point of use by a gas powered heater. The grey water drains through a professionally installed drain. In ten years of use there has never been an incident of illness following use of our showers. We are not sure what is meant by the field not being cleared. The field was mown in June and, although the grass is dry and spiky, it is no worse than grass anywhere in the Vale.
