Em va agradar What a great site..A warm welcome from Sarah and very helpful. I was able to pitch my tent anywhere. The pitches aren't marked out but this wasn't a problem. The site is a grass field that has a slight slope. There's 2 ladies toilets and 2 men's. 4 showere with lovely hot water. There is a shower in the men's toilets and assume 1 in the ladies making 6 in total.there is a covered decking area with a large fridge freezer to keep food if needed. Also a tv. Very nice seating with drums used for coffee tables. Also a fire pit area with deck chairs. The farm shop has a great selection of meats. There's also milk,cream,honey fat for cooking but if you want eggs be quick as they sell out fast. I would use this site again. Everything is clean and tidy. A nice quiet site where you can relax and chill.

Em va agradar Great people, very helpful. Loved the wildlife. The bar was cheaper than pub prices. The food was excellent and plenty of it. Loved seeing the bikes on the Wednesday. Entertainment was also good and it was free.. As it was holiday time I expected some unruly kids, but they were all well behaved. A credit to the parents. The site overall was kept rubbish free,clean and tidy. Every unit had a huge amount of space. You weren't packed in. Hot showers and clean toilets. The majority of the pitches are level. The price was also good. If you didn't use all of your electric you got refunded what you didn't use and the electric wasn't at an inflated price. We used less than £4 a day. That's a touring caravan with 4 adults charging mobile phones, 800w microwave, kettle,tv and lights. The fishing looked to be great with some big fish being caught. I didn't see any litter on the site, only a couple of bits in the family shower. This was our 3rd visit, the first 2 was with a motorcycle club.

No em va agradar The person strimming at 8am! If you must strim at that time in the morning get an electric strimmer. This is not a reflection of the site but some of the pesants that were there. Leave the showers as you would expect to find them! Someone who was fishing left fishing related rubbish on the shower floor. Also a squeegee on a handle is supplied, I did the floor after the nerderwell that last used it left it all wet, you’re welcome. not just the shower but the whole floor. Lazy commoner, I can only imagine how scummy your home is.
