A friendly campsite by the Dordogne river
In the heart of a region with plenty of entertainment and culture

Camping Les Chalets sur la Dordogne is a friendly campsite with direct access to the river. The campsite has a heated pool open in July and August with a waterslide. Beside the pool you will find a snack bar open from mid-May to mid-September and a restaurant open during July and August. There are many games for children and adults such as pool table, table football, pinball, electric quads circuit, pétanque court, table tennis, volleyball court, football field, basketball court, and small ponies. Please note there is no kids' club. There is a facilities block and a laundry room with washing and drying machines. The wifi is available throughout the campsite.

The Dordogne has a rich cultural heritage with many castles, medieval villages and many beautiful walks. All along the river Dordogne it is possible to fish, to kayak or to hire a canoe. In a radius of 5 kilometres you can visit Autoire a pretty village with a waterfall, Castelnau and its castle that dominates the region, and Bétaille and waterpark. A little further discover the gulf of Padirac, the caves of Lacave and Presque, and a paragliding launch site. Discover Rocamadour 20 kilometres away, the town that clings to the cliff and its sanctuaries, medieval event on horseback, eagles rock, and monkeys forest.
