  • Adults-only farm with great views of the Cotswolds and Broadway Tower
  • A 10-minute drive from Evesham; 15 minutes from Chipping Campden
  • Dog-friendly site on a working farm; firewood available to buy
It’s something of an icon is Broadway Tower, up on a hilltop in the Worcestershire section of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It was the brainchild of Capability Brown and James Wyatt back in the 18th century, and still reigns supreme as one of the country’s top viewpoints (it’s said that on a clear day you can see across 16 counties from here…) And the views up towards it are pretty fine too – as you’ll see when you check into Tower View Farm, a spacious site with splendid views over the Cotswolds countryside and up to the tower. Sit here and admire it from afar, then when you want to take a closer look it’s about a 10-minute drive to get over there for a visit. The folk that run this site have a lifetime of local knowledge, so you’ll be in safe hands when it comes to recommendations for days out, shops and places to eat and drink. Evesham is your nearest major town for amenities (it’s less than 10 minutes’ drive to the town centre), but you’ll also be within easy striking distance of classic Cotswolds towns including Chipping Campden, Stow-on-the-Wold and Moreton-in-Marsh. Pitches here are part of a working farm that puts conservation and environmental factors above profit, and has a similarly generous attitude to space for guests. There’s plenty of space to spread out here, and you're also welcome to bring along a well-behaved dog for your break. You don’t have to lug firewood with you – you can buy that on site to set up a campfire in the designated areas (fires and barbecues must not be directly on the grass). Just take note that there are no toilet or shower facilities on site, so you will need to be self-sufficient.

Hill Top non-electric grass touring pitch

Liked: Adam, the host, and his daughter, were lovely and friendly. We had a very good pitch with beautiful views, and very quiet. We accessed fresh water, disposed of grey and chem waste. No EHU but we were self sufficient. Nearest pub is 40 minute walk, in a charming village, but this was welcome after a long drive.

Hill Top non-electric grass touring pitch

Liked: Beautiful location with stunning views. Accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable host - made us feel very welcome. Perfect spot for self-sufficient campers/ campervans, water and wood supply on-site. If the weather was a little dryer, we would have taken advantage of the fire pit! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend :)

Hill Top non-electric grass touring pitch

Liked: Everything, the view is spectacular. Easy to find site, clean and well maintained. The family who run it are very welcoming and friendly. Lovely to see the sheep and chickens. It's peaceful and relaxing, but not far from Broadway and surrounding area. Only negative (our fault really) was on entering, we missed the sign for which way to go for caravans, so for future reference turn left before the chicken. We highly recommend and will definitely return soon.

Disliked: Nothing.

Hill Top non-electric grass touring pitch

Liked: Out of the way but near to everything and I had the place to myself, so could really relax/do my own thing. The couple who run it were welcoming and chatty and left me to it, which is fine.

Disliked: My only dislike is the main road at bottem of hill, quite noisy but better later when I wanted to sleep.

Hill Top non-electric grass touring pitch

Liked: The location was fabulous, soured us for a one night stop over, however we will return for a longer stay. Adam was very welcoming, informative , particularly with his fire drill. The fire pit’s available added to our relaxed evening after a 6 hour drive from south Wales to be welcomed to site with a relaxed attitude was a bonus. The views are stunning!

Disliked: Nothing to dislike at this site, it was exactly what we expected.
