喜欢 The site had a spacious feel with lots of room in between individual pitches. I liked how they were mown in circles marked with triangular pitch signs which reminded me of golf greens. It was quiet with dark skies as there wasn’t any light pollution. The signs on the farm to get to the camping area were spot on and Andy was very informative and helpful. We will definitely be going back.

喜欢 Really lovely little campsite, room for about 6 campervans, all with electric hookup. The pods looked very well equipped and had the pride of position against one of the fishing lakes. This was a relaxing stay, we're not into fishing but just to be able to walk around the whole site with it's numerous lakes and see the amount of fish, was a bonus. The owners were very friendly and the restaurant and bar were open and they cooked up a fantastic full English breakfast. It's about a 20 mins walk into Witham with its facilities however the nicer walk is in the opposite direction to Little Braxted.

不喜欢 Just needed a hand sanitiser outside of the toilets/shower however as I always carry some now, this wasn't too much of a problem. They had hand sanitisers inside the restaurant and at it's exit.

喜欢 The range of ciders is just immense and we really enjoyed trying them all, well most of them, I'm not sure we got around to all of them. There is a choice of fields to camp in, quiet to noisy, as this is a very family friendly site. It will be great when the new shower and toilet block is completed and we'll definitely go back then. However the pub has lovely toilets open 24 hours. There are hand sanitisers available throughout and cleaning equipment in the portaloos. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you don't want to cook, a BBQ is available to purchase the usual burgers etc. Overall it was a nice, relaxing stay.

不喜欢 The portaloos needed to be emptied by Sunday morning, but as mentioned in my likes, the 24 hour pub toilets are available for use and so much nicer.

喜欢 Nice and quiet. Very clean with lots of social distancing and hand sanitisers available. Short stroll to a lovely local pub on the canal.

喜欢 Good location next to a lovely pub and a short walk to the village green. Site was clean with good toilet/shower facilities. It was great that we could book for 1 night.
