喜欢 Wide open space, good washing area and toilet block and amazing football and volleyball field Option of open fire obviously not used this time Plenty of hide and seek places for kids Road is over brow of hill, only hear the occasional keen biker The night sky, facing North to the annual metior shower was amazing, so clear and unexpected.

不喜欢 We chose the field closer to the shower block and there's not a lot of level ground, especially for larger tents

喜欢 What a great place, we booked at the last minute to get away with a new tent. This place is newly set up and fantastic find. The kitchen areas, one per pitch, are great - like a large open ended shed with gas hob,pans and utensils, two benches and table all provided. First night's fire wood included so we were all set. The "Baaa" area was great fun for the kids to play games and the showers are gas heated (wasn't brave enough personally) Wheel barrows to cart from the car to the pitches (30 meters away) and a young chap helped with a mower/cart to take our stuff on arrival. Fresh eggs, a fridge if needed and option of regular or composting toilets. They've tried really hard to make this special, the birdsong was incredible, just a shame we didn't get the weather for a clear night. The kids loved feeding the lambs, which is obviously seasonal and the owners were really helpful and went out of their way to find a foot stool so daughter could reach the toilet seat easier.

不喜欢 The road up past the golf course is proper single track - nothing much at the end but really glad we didn't meet anything as it would be tricky to reverse far.

喜欢 Atmosphere, friendly helpful owner, ideas for kids entertainment. The views, plenty of space and the friendly cats. Very good portaloos, clean.

不喜欢 Not the campsites fault but fireworks at 2100 from a local house spooked kids and animals, guess you can't choose neighbours. The local roads to the site are either very narrow or have lots of speed control with with out markings,

喜欢 The great cafe, lovely pitches, huge amounts of space, low light pollution, the stars, the animals, collecting eggs, the trampoline, decent portaloos, friendly owners

不喜欢 Huge grass meadow might not be nice for hay fever suffers-that's nature though

喜欢 Huge fields, plenty of space for everyone. Crop fields set to summer festival use clearly a regular thing from the signs for the local airshow. The food and beverage can was a great bonus and the ice cream van in the evenings must be making a fortune. Not sure how it would cope with rain and vehicles. Hot sink for washing up dishes too See the poor chap having to covid-19 clean the portaloos.

不喜欢 Could do with some more outside taps and some better signs to guide cars in and out of the fields. Portaloos are functional, make sure you bring some paper.

喜欢 Huge site with plenty of space for kids to run around. Lots of hot water, clean toilet block, sanitisers by standing taps and a basketball hoop

不喜欢 No where to wash up for campers.
