喜欢 Lovely campsite in a beautiful location amongst fields, but also close to the town of Glossop and about 20 mins walk to nearby pub. It was very quiet when we stayed even though it was over August bank holiday weekend, so plenty of space to pitch up. Shower was lovely and hot, a mix of being indoors/outdoors but that's what you expect. Toilets were compost type but we found them perfectly clean and adequate for our stay. Made good use of one of the few fire pits available for people, barqueues also allowed but keep them off the grass either with bricks or a standing type one.

喜欢 Peaceful surroundings, clean pitch area, facilities

不喜欢 We had pitch 17 under the tree, which was lovely but there were lots of stones under the ground which made pitching the tent difficult. Perhaps our fault as we didn't have the right type of pegs but wasn't made aware of this first.
