喜欢 Quiet, river, near caves and gorgeous village of Coux. Well kept site with pool and bar, lovely feel with campers who respect the facilities and peace. Very welcoming hosts.

喜欢 Area natural, shaded forest. Easy to find privacy. Loads of showers and wash up facilities. Very helpful reception and staff delivering bakery.

喜欢 Being near park n ride for Bath

不喜欢 2 showers and 3 toilets for the whole site. Mixed use. There must have been 150 people staying when we were there. There’s an unused sauna, odd that money isn’t spent on more showers. No one to meet at check in, unclear re: gate. Message on gate says call buzzer, reply on gate mic says I should have read my email and used code? Has a rough can’t be bothered feel; bums just lack em in approach and no rules re: late night noise. People up making noise at 2am sat outside. Felt sorry for people in tents nearby. I was so relieved to leave. Could be great in this location.

来自经理: Dear Tracy I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. It was unfortunate that there was a disturbance after the quiet hour of 10pm. Noone contacted myself the steward to fix the issue. . The actions of one or 2 unruly campers do not reflect the entire campsite. Regarding the gates, everyone receives a gate code email with instructions and a video link. Furthermore every pitchup member is also given a txt with the gate code. The gates also have my number on a sign saying call for entry , if you require assistance, which you did not follow. Our advert on pitchup states there is no reception, please read about the place your going to, before booking, to prevent any confusion and issues. The campsite did not have anywhere near 150 people. We can hold 50 pitches max. And we have had more people staying over August than what we had during your stay. We have only been open year, we are still growing and developing the site. There is 6 toilets on site, 1 in each shower cubicle = 2, 1 on its own, and 3 in a single toilet cubicle. There will be 2 more showers installed next week. The sauna had bookings this weekend, and many compliments, I do not understand how our sauna being used or not effects your stay.
