喜欢 We are regular visitors to West Midlands Showground but normally off-season. This time it was quite busy but extremely well organised and the Marshall friendly and helpful. This is a very rare site and being right in the middle of one of the best towns to visit in the UK. Recommend it without reservation.

喜欢 Location, view, price. If it wasn’t for the toilets it would have been 10 stars given the value for money. There are no other sites within 15 minutes of Stow and we are all grateful for the enterprising Club’s efforts. But….

不喜欢 When we arrived the toilets were spotless - on day 2 the men’s’ was unusable. Unfortunately- but not unusually - some campers have low standards and as the scene in the cubicles was so bad that most opened the door of the Portakabin and turned round. The cause is not the Club’s fault but the lack of solution is. I would advise anyone bringing a ten to invest in a PortaPotti. The Club’s answer in other reviews is that they rely on volunteers - and well done to them - but at busy times like this weekend a contract with a local company, equipped to resolve issues and maintain standards could easily be afforded by increasing prices. Nobody I spoke to felt that prices were high, most would pay much more given all the positives.

来自经理: Hi Michael, thanks for visiting us & for your review. we have made several attempts to get contract cleaners to visit us, however they want minimum hours & at over £25 per hour it's proved impossible to sustain. The toilets are cleaned twice daily, but on occasions the timing of the cleaning doesn't always reflect the peak periods of the usage. 喜欢 Everything. Every aspect of design, build and detail is exceptional. Very well maintained and exceptionally clean. Well laid out and although the site is compact it didn’t feel crowded even when all pitches taken. Easy to get to and find. Very secure and really friendly owners. The showers and toilets are amazing!

喜欢 Close to the town centre of course, easy access and well organised. Quiet but always something going on here during the year in the main show ground. We prefer CLs so while the facilities might seem a bit basic to some everything works - water close at hand with some pitches ready for direct connection and reliable electricity for all. Good security and well lit. I’d encourage anyone to give it a try if not been. Within a 20 minute walk there are dozens of decent restaurants and pubs, plenty of history and every type of shop you can imagine. The only other site we have been to that is truly central city and as a change from the countryside we enjoy coming here for a few days either t the beginning or end of a longer trip. So if your heading into N Wales it’s a great place to stop en route to stock up.

不喜欢 Nothing really. After dark access is by coded padlock chain but no big deal and as there I always upgrade work going there’ll probably be and electric gate in the future.

喜欢 Everything really. Location obviously. Friendly, helpful professional staff. Very clear instructions. Cleaned and tidy pitches and shower toilet. Easy entry, set up and departure. All new water and power on pitch. Lots of walks. Couldn’t fault anything. This is not a Caravan Club style site so don’t expect polished chrome but it’s neat, tidy and works perfectly. A great base not just for Shrewsbury but further afield.
