We also send an alternative WIFI to connect to which is in your pre arrival email or on the information frames in the lounge area, should you have any problems. 喜欢 the scenery (in one direction) is amazing, and the site is very convenient for Kirkby Lonsdale and the surrounding countryside.

不喜欢 no real reception, the showers and toilets are no more than adequate. There was a 21st birthday party booked for the Friday night (the day we arrived). We were notified of this and given options, but the notification was only a couple of days before our stay, so it would have been difficult to alter arrangements. The music finished at 1230, as promised. Unfortunately, people leaving the carpark half an hour late, decided to honk their horns as they left, which wasn't very considerate. Worst of all, the next morning there was litter from the party blowing around the site - broken plastic glasses, paper, cardboard and plastic wrappings. We spent half an hour picking some of this us, but there was no sign of any staff. That most of the rubbish bins were overflowing didn't help.

喜欢 Fantastic venue and scenery. Showers and toilets were good, but maybe a couple more cubicles would be better. Would use again.

I take on board that there were only two showers and toilets beside where you were based but we do have two further shower and toilet areas at different parts of the campsite so we are more than able to accomodate all our guests! 喜欢 Beautiful views, clean modern site, very friendly and helpful staff. New toilets and showers are in development.

不喜欢 Not a major problem, but the current shower facilities (clean, smart and hot) only allows two people at a time. If you want to walk from the site, you will have to brave the main road (with no pavement) for a couple of hundred yards.

喜欢 Fabulous scenery which has only just opened, with brand new toilets, showers and washing facilities. Perfect for walking and cycling (weather permitting) and a 1.5 mile walk from the delightful village of Ingleton.

不喜欢 The approach road is narrow and winding/steep in parts. Yorkshire weather can be unpredictable!

喜欢 Clean and convenient, quiet at night and perfect for the Tissington Trail (which runs through the site). Excellent for cycling, and a short walk down the trail (about 15 minutes) into Ashbourne. There is also a cycle hire shop on the way to Ashbourne, so ideal for trying out the Tissington Trail. Staff were friendly, but obviously the other facilities (which looked excellent - pub, beer garden, food etc) were currently closed.

喜欢 Big open spaces, good facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Local pub about 1 - 2 miles away and worth a visit.

喜欢 beautiful views across the Derbyshire countryside, quiet site, with easy access to the High Peak and Tissington trails and other local walking routes. Very friendly welcome and good food in the pub. Straightforward shower/toilet facilities and scrupulously clean.

不喜欢 nothing

喜欢 Quiet, nice views, owners very laid back. Good access to nearby canal towpath.

不喜欢 Could have more toilet and shower facilities, especially when young families present.
