不喜欢 The access road is very bumpy and single track. Communication/response from the site is poor.

Regarding access, the campsite is reached by a single-track public road maintained by the local authority; it is not an unmade track. There are several passing places along the road, and we carefully manage arrival and departure times to minimise the possibility of caravans meeting one another. We also make it clear on our website that access is via a single-track road, allowing guests to take this into account before booking. Although we would welcome improvements to the road, as it is a public highway, this is unfortunately beyond our control. We were surprised by your comments regarding communication. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours, and our records show that your conversations with a member of our team before your stay were positive. The site office was also open every day during your visit, and our team was available to help with any concerns. We are sorry that the poor weather affected your stay and that you chose to leave early. However, as your pitch had been reserved for the full duration of your booking, we were unable to offer a partial refund. Regards Len

喜欢 Good clean site. Not great for very young kids due to the lake but we were out all today so didn't matter to us.
