喜欢 The staff - everyone we met, from the chap in the café, the lady in the shop, the lifeguard and the lady and gentleman on Reception when we arrived were all amazing, lovely, friendly people. When i booked i advised it was my sons 10th Birthday, we arrived into our POD with a birthday banner, which was so special for him - so thank you for that. The children loved the pool, we booked in each day of our stay, lovely and clean. Also a fantastic location to explore - we headed to West Bay, Charmouth and Lyme Regis, all very close by.

不喜欢 We did find a pair of pants/bikini bottoms under one of the bunk beds, which wasn't ideal, but soon got them out with the broom and into the bin. The shower's in the toilet block were freezing also, but we soon found the family block and they were great in there. We did buy the WIFI for 4 days but it wasn't good, wouldn't recommend.
