喜欢 Lovely Location: Beautiful setting and pitch location near Beverley. Great Cabin Potential: The overall structure and layout of the cabin itself are very nice.

不喜欢 Extremely disappointing stay at Cherry Burton Leisure Park near Beverley. We left after just a couple of hours because the cleanliness standard of the accommodation was completely unacceptable. The first cabin we were assigned looked as though it hadn't been cleaned at all. To list just a few issues: * Hygiene & Cleanliness: Loose hair and debris on the furniture, dirty stains on the soft furnishings/cushions, and dark marks on the bed sheets. * Kitchen Appliances: The fridge/freezer box was coated in filthy, brown frozen residue, and the microwave and kettle were dirty and unwashed. * General Upkeep: Food crumbs were left on the floor by the bin and skirting boards, and dust/grime had built up on surfaces. While the staff were understanding and agreed to move us to a replacement cabin, the second unit wasn't much better. Given the poor conditions, we felt completely uncomfortable staying the night and decided to pack up and leave immediately. To make matters worse, we emailed management right away to express our disappointment and explain why we had to cut our trip short, but we have received zero reply or acknowledgment. Very poor hygiene standards and non-existent customer follow-up we definitely would not recommend.

来自经理: Thank you for your feedback. Whilst we accept that the Pod was not cleaned to our normal standards, and apologise for that, you were moved by the Warden to a second Pod which you accepted. The photo's shown above are of the first Pod, which we agree was unacceptable. You emailed Reception at 7pm in the evening, whilst it was closed ! You have received follow-up communication from Reception since this time.
