喜欢 Nice site, very chilled and relaxed.

不喜欢 Not being able to check in until after 2pm. I like to be set up and settled by then. Lesson learnt, always read the the site descriptions properly when booking. Also my dogs can be reactive and it wasn't help by the owner (who is lovely I might add) having her dogs running loose and the one coming up to our set up and setting them off. Obviously its her site and she can do what she wants but it wasn't ideal for us. Be prepared for some challenging lanes. Carolyn kindly supplies alternatives to the sat nav directions but we still ended up with some white knuckle moments towing the van lol.

Just to clarify for future guests, our check-in time is clearly stated as after 2pm. We understand everyone likes to arrive and get settled at different times, but we need this time to prepare the site properly for arriving guests. Regarding the dogs, we’re sorry that this situation wasn’t ideal for you. We are a working farm and our dogs are part of farm life, so they are sometimes around the property. We do, however, ask guests to let us know exactly how many dogs they are bringing when booking. In this case, 5 dogs were brought onto the site, but the booking was made and paid for for 3 dogs. This is important because we need accurate information about the number of dogs staying, both for planning and for the comfort and safety of all our guests. We appreciate that you mentioned our site is peaceful, chilled and relaxed, and that you found us welcoming. 喜欢 Spotless site, well organised

不喜欢 From a personal point of view we were too far from the toilet/showers. The owners were lovely and I'm sure had I been aware of this and asked when booking to be closer to the facilities, due to health issues, they would have pitched us nearer had they been aware so that is not a direct criticism but just something for others to be aware of. Also, there was no individual water supply to each pitch which I had expected.

We're sorry to hear that you found your pitch was further from the toilet and shower facilities than was comfortable for you. As you mentioned, if we had been made aware of your requirements when booking, we would have done our very best to allocate you a pitch closer to the facilities, subject to availability. We always encourage guests with specific requirements to let us know when booking so we can try to accommodate them wherever possible. Regarding the water supply, our **fully serviced hardstanding pitches do have their own individual water supply**. This is clearly stated on our website when viewing the pitch information. The electric grass touring pitches, however, do not have an individual water connection. We appreciate that different guests have different requirements, and we're always happy to help explain the differences between our pitch types before booking. 喜欢 Absolutely loved it. Our first caravan trip and we couldn't have chose a better place. The views were amazing and the staff there couldn't do enough, very helpful and friendly. We hired a firepit and it was delivered up to us within 5 minutes. Will definitely be going back and could quite possibly become a regular site for us.
