喜欢 Really remote location. Very quiet! The host was kind and welcoming, there is a nice cafe and communal area too. The only thing to be aware of is the small pitches. The images make them look a bit bigger than they are. It was just right for our Tentbox and there were a couple of campers there too that fit their bays, if a little snug!

不喜欢 Slightly smaller pitches than we expected!

喜欢 Very clean and well kept site. Flat, low cut grass. The cleanest toilets and shower cubicles I’ve ever seen on a campsite… Powerful shower too! A nice woodland walk around the site, perfect for taking the dog for a quick stroll.

喜欢 Great location if your heading into the Wastwater and Wasdale area of the lakes. The site itself was perfectly signposted, and very easily accessible. The grass was short, flat, and very well kept. The facilities were clean enough and the showers are hot! The host was ready to greet us and to explain the site rules!

喜欢 Simple, spacious, great location for what we wanted to do in the Peaks that weekend. No fuss, no frills. Toilet was clean enough to use (no shower but we knew that!)

不喜欢 The gate was open with the name of the site on it so it took us 10 mins to find the field! Not a biggy but a signpost would be helpful.
