喜欢 What an incredible find! We booked The Knockholt Retreat for a much-needed escape and it was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, Mike made us feel so welcome – he’s such a brilliant host. Nothing was too much trouble, and he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He even gave us a lift to the station at the end of our trip, which was such a thoughtful touch. The tents themselves were spotless, beautifully furnished, and unbelievably comfortable – far beyond what we expected for glamping. The beds were cosy, everything was set up perfectly, and you could really tell a lot of care had gone into making it feel special. The shower and toilet facilities were also super clean and well maintained, and the layout of the site gives you plenty of space and privacy while still feeling part of a welcoming little community. The location is simply stunning. Right on the doorstep are endless countryside walks through fields and woodland, with breathtaking views at every turn. It’s the kind of place where you can truly switch off, unwind, and reconnect with nature. We loved stargazing at night and just soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. All in all, The Knockholt Retreat is a real hidden gem. We left feeling completely refreshed and have already recommended it to friends and family. It’s the perfect getaway for anyone who loves the outdoors but still wants that touch of comfort and care. We’ll definitely be back – and next time we’ll be staying longer!
