喜欢 Absolutely gorgeous little spot. Toilets were immaculate, lovely little cabin with washing up & brew making facilities with a TV, boardgames and books, animals on site and beautiful fishing pond. Nice sized pitches too. Quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again!

喜欢 The staff in the chippy were really friendly! Absolute bargain price to stay here! Two arcades but the big one closed at 6. Other one is tiny and SO hot. They had bingo (but we didn't know how to get tickets) and 60s night but our kid can't do with loud environments so we didn't go. Shop well stocked and clean/tidy. We asked for a plot near bathrooms and was pleasantly surprised. Placed us close but not right by them. It was the perfect location for us and we were so thankful. Direct access to skirlington market/car boot but it was closed on Saturday (no post on FB or on site that it wasn't open) but it was open and fantastic on Sunday. Parks were ok but not much for older kids (10+) needed a clean up and the fence was down in the little kids park so there's an escape risk that leads to the market/pond back there. Everyone around us were lovely people and respectful of noise at nighttime. Overall we had a great two days/nights there (even without being able to go swimming) and have already booked our next stay.

不喜欢 There was no welcome pack for us when we arrived. Gave me mega anxiety thinking we weren't even booked to stay there. Pool closed due to glass in the water... Don't understand why someone was allowed to take a glass in there. No signs or notifications to say it was closed. Outdoor pool closed because "it's still classed as a building site and we aren't trained to be out there" 👀 staff in the pool area less than helpful and were quite rude. Bathroom facilities outdated and needed cleaning.

喜欢 The ponds are nice and all the ducks/swans. It was lovely to see.

不喜欢 We booked a ensuite touring pitch and it was gross and the little heater was broken so it was absolutely freezing. Never been cleaned in its life. No toilet roll. Couldn't take a shower because it was too cold without any heater in there, not that I would have because it was just vile. Hairs all over and poop in the toilet. No bin. Couldn't even find the onsite bins! We also had to go back to reception for the key because it wasn't given to us on check in! Those around us were using the ensuites even though they weren't parked in the bays for them, it was a free for all if they weren't locked. It cost £34 for 3 bacon sandwiches and two cups of tea (plus a glass of water) for breakfast. Cafe down Sea front was £15.40 for 4 actual meals and brews/drinks and it was yummy. Swimming pool is small, my key bent in the locker and we had to wait, wet through and freezing, for 20 mins for help that never came. All the staff just disappeared once the session was over. Electric charger in the carpark kept disconnecting so couldn't charge our car. Wifi was shocking. Everywhere. You have to buy a card for the arcades, none of the machines take money. Not for us unfortunately.

喜欢 The facilities were nice and clean, pitch nicely maintained and we enjoyed seeing the rabbits run around.

不喜欢 The parks were lacking but the one at the front was better.
