喜欢 Location (once we'd found it) and easy access to small town, Ashby and beyond. Friendly welcome and other (probably long term) residents were very friendly.

不喜欢 Facilities were a bit basic but for a CL were OK, we've seen far worse. Shame about the flight path for East Midlands Airport.

喜欢 Great welcome from staff. Superbly maintained grounds and touring pitch areas. Bar/restaurant very good and tried well to accommodate dietary allergies.

不喜欢 Our pitch (23) was a bit 'exposed' in the middle of a tourer area. No specific dog walk area. Bar/restaurant has Adult Only section but nowhere indoors that is dog friendly.

喜欢 Overall a quiet site, not too big and in a rural location not far from the local shops. We had an electric touring pitch for just a one night stopover but there are 3 pubs a short drive away. Pitch size was generous with hardstanding big enough for caravan/motorhome/camper and a large grass area for awning and car. Good welcome and staff were both friendly and helpful. Facilities were more than adequate and pretty clean but a little dated, could benefit from an upgrade and easily be overloaded in peak season. We’d certainly stay again if en route somewhere.

不喜欢 Not a lot to dislike really, sure we’ve been to better sites but at a price.
