喜欢 Facilities were new and spotless. Good, water, electricity and wifi. The reception staff were very efficient. Good pricing too. A really great site for accessing Venice.

不喜欢 It wasn’t clear that you needed to rebook the shuttle bus to Venice. Some simple advice about that, how to book tickets for the water buses etc. in Venice would help novices on their first trip to Venice
