喜欢 Everything. Lovely flat, quiet field with adjoining lake field beside. Chemical loos in a shed which were spotless and washing sinks for dishes and handwashing etc. Cold water only here, but they are looking to add hot shower facilities soon. Owners were around the site but not obtrusive - friendly, welcoming and helpful. Perfect wild campsite experience with the benefit of loos and sinks. Great location - tucked away but good access to beach and shop nearby. This is the place to come to escape the noise of life. I sat in the lake field and watched dragonflies and butterflies, with the waterlilies in bloom - beautiful. Sadly this review won't let me upload my pictures... EE full signal here, no WiFi, but good to turn it all off. Plenty of room to not be on top of other campers. Felt safe for a solo traveller, but would be good for a group of friends too - anyone who wants a good value, clean, no frills campsite.
