喜欢 Toilets and showers, although a little apprehensive at first due to these being mobile blocks rather than a structural building, they worked fine, cleaning of the floors etc could have been on a more regular basis IMO.

不喜欢 The actual pitch we were allocated first was right next to a building site, we asked to be moved as were staying for 4 nights and the noise was quite loud, the warden managed to get us moved to another pitch however, this was very very muddy, car got stuck in the mud and had to unhook caravan to move the car and even though we pitched forward of the worst mud, the awning and ground sheet did get very dirty. Very surprised that the other touring pitch has been decommissioned and more lodges/static caravans are being put on that side as only having one touring section would get very busy in the summer periods.

喜欢 The site was very clean, all the facilities were in good working order and cleaned regularly. The pitch size is large, level and has EHU point, water tap and waste. Peaceful surroundings, good fod walking, close to Delamere forest.

喜欢 Big pitches, we stayed on an electric grass pitch which was very good under foot. Lovely clean shower/toilet block with piped music. Hot showers. Good security cameras and gated enterance for more security. Small gated and fenced dog walk with adequate amount of dog bins. Good tv signal, WiFi free for 24hrs only, then £4 a day - this was due to the area being so remote. Small 'pub' on site looked nice. Due to the remote surrounding, star gazing at night was magical!

喜欢 Pitch was really level. Shower and toilet block clean all the time. Small bar friendly staff. Site is always clean and tidy. Close to many places to visit and has good walks. Some reviewers remark about the traffic noise, we have been to this site 6 times and the noise dosen't bother us.

喜欢 The pitch we had was a hard standing gravel fully serviced pitch and was very near to all the amenities. Pub open daily with breakfast food available. BBQs permitted on site. Pet friendly. Site and shower/toilet facilities cleaned regularly and every day the large communal bins were changed. Mixture of tents and caravans on this site. You make your own fun on this site so our grandkids enjoyed playing football, cricket/rounders, grass boules with us and there was a little park for them to go on. Really excellent site for using as a base, surrounded by the North Riding forest park for walking and exploring and Scarborough is a 10 min drive away. Other surrounding areas like Eden camp and Castle Howard, Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby are a great day out.

不喜欢 Not really a dislike but there was no hot water in the washing up facility so we washed up in our own sink. Pitches not all level.
