喜欢 Nothing apart from location

不喜欢 We were pitched on dirt, no grass with a concrete slab where a mobile home used to be situated. Screws sticking up out of concrete. Old waste pipes and water supply left lying on ground. Toilet/shower block was absolutely disgusting full of dirt, toilets absolutely filthy. Could not find clean water supply and the hosts did not speak any English and we do not speak enough French to communicate. Luckily we had only booked 1 night.

Regarding the pitch, it is part of an area currently being redeveloped following the removal of a mobile home. We regret that the spot wasn’t fully restored at the time of your visit. Since then, we’ve taken steps to improve and secure this area. Concerning the sanitary facilities, please know that they are cleaned every single day. Unfortunately, we sometimes face issues with guests who do not respect the cleanliness of the shared spaces. That said, we are working to increase monitoring and maintenance during busy periods. We also understand that the language barrier made communication difficult. While we always do our best to assist guests, we are continuing to improve how we welcome international visitors.
