喜欢 The oyster bar and entertainment. The large green area adjacent to the park.

不喜欢 Lack of toilets. The showers & toilets are combined so early morning is a wait for a loo as others are showering when you want a quick loo. No WiFi. Asked and was told may have this in future. No information on what’s on offer. Apparently they do pizza/burgers but wasn’t told when checking in. Missed opportunities for the owners. Perhaps a leaflet could be provided.

喜欢 Location to Masham Helpful reception team. Clean facilities.

不喜欢 Have to pay for WiFi which is the first time we have had to pay additional for this. We had no tv signal.

喜欢 The whole place. The wardens Tony & Sheila were so welcoming could not be more knowledgeable and helpful. Lovely bar area which we enjoyed. Amazing shower facilities.
