喜欢 Well kept grass area for the tents. Modern shower and toilet block Clean Toilets not far from the camp area Receptionist very helpful

不喜欢 Restricted toilet paper dispenser the let u only get one square at a time. Shower plunger only gives around 10 seconds before u need to press it in again. Shower soaks ur clothes and shoes and the head cannot be adjusted. A few of the pitches are on uneven ground Too many tent pitches in a small space

喜欢 The chickens running around the campsite was great for the kids.

不喜欢 It was overcrowded with about 10 foot between tents. The toilet/shower blocks (2 of them) were like a builders yard toilets and as the toilet was in the same room as the shower, if anyone was showing you could have a long wait.

喜欢 Well looked after park and level pitches.

不喜欢 Pitchup.com says that you need to arrive by 7pm and so did the booking e-mail from Morfa Bychan Holiday park, so i left in a time to arrive around 5 or 6pm but had a phone call from the park at 14:10 so stopped and phoned them back, they asked what time i would arrive, i explained it would be around 5pm but said that it does state to arrive by 7pm they said its different in the winter (off season) so ended up rushing to get there. went swimming with the kids at just after 4pm as on the welcome pack, website, welcome e-mail and permanent signage on the gate to the swimming pool it states 5pm closes, at 4:30 one of the staff came in to say it was closing, i asked why as its open to 5pm, but apparently that's not in off season, so me and my 2 children had 2 mins of time in the pool. I have knocked off 2 points one for each of those as both are important and easy to be fixed.

来自经理: Thank you for your review, although a surprise to read. Our wardens will always call our customers prior to leaving for the day to see if they need to hang about in the reception to help our arrives or come back later to accept a late arrival, our latest arrival time is 7pm at this time of year. Our swimming pool all year has an opening by 10am and close by 5pm, as the nights are drawing in and it is dark by 5pm it makes sense to start the close procedure at 4:30 so all can be checked and put away in safety, our signage by the pool at the changing area and washrooms lets all customers know that we will be packing the pool away at 4:30 to be closed by 5pm. Many apologies for the over zealous wardens who seem to have mis judged this situation with poor results.
