喜欢 2nd visit. Quickly becoming one of our favourites in the Peak District. Centrally located and good amenities nearby.

不喜欢 For motorcycle camping, everything was spot on.

喜欢 The staff, facilities and pitch were great. Staff were more than helpful, advice and directions to local amenities etc. Facilities were to a decent standard. The pitch was spacious and to a good standard.

不喜欢 The standard and quantity of ladies toilets were greater than the males. £1 change for showers. Someone smoking weed all night!

喜欢 Can't go wrong with these pods when it comes to Motorbikers. Heater inside allows to dry your kit out on wet days. Communal facilities to a high standard also.

不喜欢 Turns out the restaurant closes to reduced weekend hours in the off peak season. This should be noted when booking. I checked through the site page and didn't notice anything.

喜欢 Real good site with decent facilities and great hospitality from the Pub Landlord and Lady. Will definitely book again!

喜欢 Personal pitch due to hedges that provided some privacy. Decent bar/restaurant. Facilities to a good standard and plenty of them.

不喜欢 Personally a very busy holiday park. Crowded!

喜欢 The lake! Great to swim and cool down after a long day travelling. Facilities are decent, showers and laundry wise. Numerous plusses.

不喜欢 The pitch. Not very spacious and not at all personal. Get along with the other campers or move on! The bar/restaurant closing so early!?

喜欢 The campsite overall was lovely with the swimming pool a big plus for the family and unlimited space to pitch.

不喜欢 There weren't that many camping but 3 showers and 2 toilets could become an issue.

喜欢 Second visit as such a great spot with great facilities. As expected, a little busier in August but still a great stop. Ablutions are top notch as is the pub/restaurant on site. The campsite overall is well maintained to a high standard. Will always be my go to when in Switzerland.

不喜欢 Struggle for a constructive point. The only possible improvement would be to mark out the pitches. At times people struggle as others take a lot of space and then others arrive late at night and struggle. Not something I've experienced but I did observe this time around.

来自经理: Dear Mark Thank you again for your lovely feedback. The pitches are marked with poles. Perhaps the people didn't see them, as the pitches are very big;-) Kind regards

喜欢 Facilities were great as was the immediate camping area which were able to pitch our tents on. Pretty much given free range, plenty of space to relax and park bikes.

不喜欢 Potentially due to time of year but the routes in and out were very muddy. This made it difficult and risky for motorcycles but also difficult for walking in and out of the site.

喜欢 Tent pitches were fine and shower block. Good walking distance to shops

不喜欢 Higher rate than other campsites plus €0.50 for showers

喜欢 Facilities and pub/restaurant. The campsite sat within a valley surrounded by the Alps! Stunning!

不喜欢 The only dislike was having to check in at a separate site 1 mile down the road. This wasn't mentioned at anytime on the site info

来自经理: Hello Mark Thank you for your kind review. In the meantime we changed the procedure, so you don't have to come the 300m to the other campsite. Hope to see you again sometime!

喜欢 Great location just on the outside of town which allowed you to enjoy the local amenities and hospitality. The actual pitch was a great size with decent facilities to get cleaned up after a long ride.

不喜欢 Shower heads need fixing. Worked okay but needs proper shower head.
