喜欢 Facilities were good and clean. Site was tidy.

不喜欢 Gates being locked at 10pm is a little early if yo want to go to the cinema or go out for a nice meal. Not sure how you would get out if you had to leave for an emergency. Also saw no members of staff during our stay with automatic book in. Felt very isolating.

喜欢 Quiet, clean and tidy site

不喜欢 Extended our stay through Pitch up due to there not being any onsite staff. We were given another pitch even though I asked to stay on the same one. We moved pitches and our original pitch stayed empty for the rest of our stay.

来自经理: Thankyou for choosing Batemans for your stay. Thankyou for your kind words. I apologise regarding the issue with extending your stay. There is onsite staff that could help you with this in the future or the email and number as there answered regulary. We hope to see you again in the future.

喜欢 Good clean and up to date facilities. Very friendly helpful staff. Beautiful views over Lynmouth valley or sea view pitches. Environmentally friendly with cutting down on light pollution enabling visitors to explore the night sky. Nature walks from the campsite. Loved the herb garden which you can help yourself too.
