喜欢 Spacious well maintained pitchs ,peaceful and very close to a lovely village and ok transport links. yes its close to a working brewery, we have stayed at batemans many times and not experienced too much noise from the brewery ( you are warned prior to the visit that you will be staying close to a working brewery so don't complain when you hear a little noise from time to time .!!!)

喜欢 What we liked about batemans Brewary campsite,well its a working brewary with tours twice weekly £ 5.00 discount if staying on campsite brilliant tour and at the end of tour approx 30mins to try 5 traditional cask beers free of charge . obviously the price .at £ 14.95 per night is a great price including electricity. £5.00 more for bank holidays. ( it's a Billy bargain ) Nice clean shower and toilet block . The area is brilliant ,Wainfleet village is approx 5 mins walk away on a flat path , to 2 nice pubs .Very friendly village, numerous take aways pizza ,kebab,fish and chips and a chinese shops very close by ,a bus stop and a train stop 3 mins away ,also a co op Lots of walking trails . From my point of view all information needed for the site is sent to you via email normally a few days before or at the very latest on the day . Personally we cannot fault batemans campsite ,there is everything you need very close by .That is why we keep coming back.

喜欢 We have been here twice now Everything apart from the weather as it was persistently raining . But saying the weather we had a great time in our favourite campsite batemans brewery Wainfleet.

喜欢 Well where do I start, by saying we stayed at batemans brewery campsite may day bank holpday . Batemans is the best campsite we have ever been to . From Claudia's information email to our pitch ,I cannot say enough great things about the site ,as a working brewery we personally did not hear any noises .Would recommend the brewery tour excellent. The site and shower block was modern and clean . We genuinely felt at home and will return very very soon .As for the area well if I could I would move to Wainfleet i would in a heart beat . Approx 5 to 7 minute walk away is a train station to skeg or Boston and 2 pubs the wool pack do Fantastic food during the week ,and the angel and peacock do a brilliant carvery on a Sunday, as as for the angel we'll what a great family friendly pub that is .the landlady toni and her family are a credit to the town . Back to batemans campsite we met Neil and his wife ,who live at the site and Neil is an employee of the brewery I had a lovely chat with the pair and they gave me lots of valuable information about the brewery and Wainfleet. My husband and I cannot wait to go back ,we have tried to book for next bank holiday and to my disappointment not surprising they fully booked up . 不喜欢 Other campers leaving there vehicles at side of there pitch (which is against the rules) and other campers leaving all the shower and toilet block unlocked .

喜欢 Clean shower block and level pitches.

不喜欢 I did not like the fact that we asked for a pitch close to the toilet block which we did not really get ,however not too far to walk so all was good. What I did not like was the fact that albeit it was in black and white from yourselves, I asked for a pitch close to toilet block the man from the site told me I should have booked through there web site which annoyed me because if not for going through pitch up I would never have seen jubilee fields. i just did not like the way he said it to me .
