不喜欢 Toilet seats missing in many toilets and very few incredibly basic showers.

来自经理: Hi Lorna, Thanks for your review. You mention many toilet seats were missing, however, it is just the one, which serves well as a urinal. The other 5 in the field you stayed in are with a toilet seat and well maintained. You also mention the showers, which we get many compliments for. I'm sorry they weren't to your liking, however, they are bespoke showers, which are again well maintained, with hot water. Please can I stress the accuracy when reviewing as this does affect businesses and we pride ourselves on providing a great service. We would prefer to speak with customers when on site, to address any concerns- which can then be looked into. All the best.
