喜欢 Great location, peaceful and great hosts. Local shop, cafe and pub were a few minutes walk away. Shame pub was closed for refurb.

不喜欢 Bin areas needed tidying, bottles piled up.

喜欢 Toilets/showers, by far the best we've seen in 15years of camping/caravanning. Water temp was perfect, plenty of hooks, separated area in shower for clothes, towels etc. No issues with toilet roll as others said and regularly cleaned. Email from site the day before was great, clear explanation of how to get to site, pitch we were on and WiFi password. WiFi is the best we've ever had on site too. Site is perfectly located to explore the island or get back to mainland as well. There is no shop on site but a co-op about a mile away if needed. No reception area too but not needed as pitch is emailed and owners were around anyway. They were lovely, very knowledgeable about local area and helpful where needed. Comments about sloping pitches-We were on one(grass pitch) , it is just 5 of the 33pitches available. We carry wood for steadies anyway but owner provided more if needed. This is their 1st year open as well and they are levelling those pitches in September. Site meetings and planning was happening while we were there and the owners were asking guests for their thoughts and ideas too. Important question is - Would we recommend and would we be back? Yes definitely to both would be the answer.

不喜欢 Road noise is there, not so much on the weekend but more noticeable during the weekly rush hour am and pm. You do switch off to it though.
