喜欢 Site steward was very pleasant and helpful. Width of pitch excellent.

不喜欢 Pitch 21 needed to be a little longer, ladies shower cubicle only had 1 usable hook, all the other hooks were broken, last cubicle on right. Continuos barking from dog/s on pitch 16. This couple had 3 dogs and one dog was a real nuisance, we were so pleased when they left on the Sunday, however two more vehicles arrived on 15 & 16 both with dogs. The dog belonging to pitch 16 was allowed to bark until 11.00pm. It continued barking on and off the next morning, fortunately we were leaving.

喜欢 Spacious pitches, pleasant staff.

不喜欢 In the showers a shelf or somewhere to put shower gel, shampoo etc. would've been useful

喜欢 The site was clean, the pitches were large and we were welcomed by Ian & Betty, who were extremely friendly.There was lots of footpaths close to the site which was good for walkers.

喜欢 Friendly owner, lovely flat field, two drinking water taps, showers and toilets available, outside washing up area, plenty of leaflets advertising places of interest and bus time tables. Fresh free range eggs available. Buses stop outside site outbound and will stop on request inbound.

喜欢 The location, close to town and supermarket. The site was very relaxed with no unnecessary rules. Friendly staff.

不喜欢 The overflow field, due to rallies, was very uneven.

不喜欢 We had booked hard standing pitches, these were non existent. We were told to pitch on the road that runs around the site. We were with friends and they were parked directly behind us, as was everyone else on the touring area. There were campers parked opposite us on the road, leaving a small gap for vehicles to drive through. This is not a pitch as described in their adverts. Shortly after arrival we were informed that the facilities (showers & toilets) we're out of order but were expected to be working by 3.00pm that afternoon. We then received a text to say the chemical disposal point was also unusable and the facilities would not be back in use until after the end of our stay. However they did have another CDP that we could use if it was needed but to contact Sharon for details (why couldn't she have given us the details in the text). It turns out the facility was across the road in another field. We could've had the same facilities in a cl site. Having sent numerous emails Sharon has not responded once.

来自经理: You arrived at 1120am persisting trying to get an early entry into the park as the official time is 12noon. Your friend turned up around 12 noon and and you were all shown to a pitch. Within 15 minutes you had all decided to take it upon yourselves and move?? We had 10 other arrivals on that day to fit in hence you were given the allocated pitches. Unfortunately we were told by the engineers that they facilities would be working but sadly the part was not available but beyond our control. The CDP was across the lane and not much further than the one on site and easily accessible. The remaining visitors that weekend had no issues or problems as were understanding of it being and issue beyond our control and like yourselves self sufficient anyway. Those wanting to use the CDP came to the door 100 yards from you or text asking for details and gate code (security hence not texting the information) Not sure why you have really decided to complain as I saw all your parties on all days of your stay with us asking if everything was ok and recommending places etc to you and never did any of you mention any issues until after you departed?? Your emails have been forwarded to the owner to review with my comments.
