喜欢 We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The site was beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean—we genuinely couldn’t fault a thing. It’s a wonderfully peaceful setting, perfect for switching off and relaxing, with the added bonus of watching the horses putting on a show in the fields. There’s a lovely walk into the village, along with plenty of public footpaths nearby to explore, making it ideal for getting out on foot or by bike and enjoying the countryside at your own pace. The facilities were spotless throughout and clearly very well looked after, which made a real difference to our stay. The staff at the Nags Head pub were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and a great addition to the overall experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to others looking for a peaceful getaway. As for the planes, we honestly don’t understand the negative comments. We found it lovely to watch them coming in to land, and it was completely quiet at night. If noise is a concern, it’s worth checking the location before booking—but for us, it didn’t detract from the experience at all.

不喜欢 Honestly, nothing about the site itself. The only minor issue was some particularly lively neighbours celebrating their new campervan and inviting friends onto the campsite to see it. However, the owner handled it quickly and things settled down, which we really appreciated. It’s worth mentioning this wasn’t a fault of the site at all, just one of those things—and it didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay.

喜欢 Not our first stay at Myrtle t definitely not last. As per previous stay everything was brilliant. We arrived quite late and only stayed for a night as headed down to Cornwall from Midlands so used this as our half way stop. Facilities are one of the best we have ever seen and are spotless. Diane is a brilliant and very welcoming host.

喜欢 Nice and clean facilities. Welcoming staff. Heated floors in shower rooms was a nice bonus.
