喜欢 Cool campsite with a laid back vibe. The owners messages you all the details, it is mainly a self sufficient campsite. The bucket shower was amazing, which you can heat up and the composting toilets work great. Lots of thought had being put into this campsite for what it is. Especially like the mini tap next to the compost toilet. There is some picnic benches and a waterproof tarp you can sit inside when raining. There is water provided in a tuck shop tent, as well as plenty of firewood, and other supplies. You can pay by bank transfer or cash. The pitches are also split up across the site with your own mowed out piece of lawn with the field. Nice area was visiting family near here so has being an idea place to stay.

喜欢 Lovely family, great campsite. Was greeted by the Kenneth who gave us full tour of the campsite and the facilities. Toilets and showers were clean. Kitchen available with a kettle and a sink for washing up. Proper farming life campsite. Just watching the goats and the dog is enough to make you want to come back. Even managed to buy some cheese. Down the road you could walk to the Fat Lamb which served food and drink. Lovely outside garden area. In the morning was baked scones by the owners who we had a long chat with. They gave us lots of recommendations of where to go in the local area. Ended up going to Cross Keys Inn for a cheap but tasty lunch. Then we ventured up Cautley Spout. Waterfall was brilliant and even had plunge pools to jump into. The views were amazing. (About a 10 min drive away). Definitely coming back here again, great vibes, down to earth people.
