This campsite was a great discovery for my daughter and myself.

The indoor pool and receiving stickers from reception was a big hit for my daughter.
The consistent warmth and friendliness of the staff was impressive, even at the end of a busy summer season.
Very clean facilities.
Very efficient systems in place and good, useful information about all manner of things that are rtelevant to visitors.
Good value for money.

The staff are very friendly. The campsite is very well maintained and clean. Not a long walk to Marizion town - approx 15 minutes. The pool is heated and has a lovely shop on site with lots of essentials. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

The hairdryers in the ladies shower room did not work. I believe a gentleman came to fix them but still cut out - not complaining but would have been nice if worked :-)

The email correspondence was spot on, easy to understand instructions for location and arrival. Greeted by Amanda whom was very friendly and directed me to our pitch. She then explained all the sites facilities available, where to park, put rubbish etc. I then asked about local amenities and she pulled out a folder with photos of walking routes and showed me menus of local restaurants. Very thorough and had me wishing I had more than one night there. The pitch it self was well maintained, had lots of space. The showers were glorious, large over head shower with a smaller handheld. Clean. Washing machine and tumble dryers available - not sure how much they were ad did not use them. Washing up facilities free. They had a fridge and freezer to use and could loan ice blocks. Swimming pool free to use, I had a peek and it looked nice but we forgot swim wear. Onside shop was reasonable prices, basic produce as small.

Unfortunately due to the pitches being close together (ample room to pitch and relax outside tent) our neighbours kept us up. A snorer to our right and a campervan with a dog to our left. Did not bark but they kept opening their noisy side door throughout the night. Not the campsites fault and probably could not prevent. Maybe a separate place for dogs? Or a far away field for snorers?

The park was very neat and well kept with short grass clearly marked pitches. The facilities were clean and staff were friendly. We made use of the pool and liked the use of an old phone box for guests to take and leave donated items (bucket & spade, pegs, books etc.) We had a very pleasant stay and it was an ideal location to explore the western end of Cornwall.

Female bathroom facilities. Washing facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to a nice pub with information provided prior to arrival on pre booking.

Men’s showers were small.
Although the pitches were generally a good size, there was little grass so late in the season. If we had had wet weather this could have been very muddy.
Close to a busy road - noticeable in the mornings.

Nice clean site, with pool,nice and quite, good walks for dogs, nice to see deer,and a family of buzzards in the meadow oppisite us, lots of feilds of cabbages, which was been harvested while we were there. staff very friendly and welcoming.

this was not a problem for us, but it was a bit of a hike to the elson point,as we were at the pet side of the site,

1)Clean and quiet place with very nice service.
2) Access to hair dryers in the bathroom.
3)Prices in the store are normal not expensive .
4)Close to the beach.
5) parking available

1) A bit pricey for using a washing machine and dryer to dry your laundry.
2) There is no place for children on site, where they could spend their time
3)Limited access to the swimming pool - it looked like people from outside the campsite also used it.
4)no free WiFi
