Beautiful rural camping site which has a feel of wild camping within rocky hills to really enjoy and appreciate the countryside of Iona. The facilities were good with a large family shower room and 4 shower/toilet rooms. Great set up for dishwashing/inside cooking area.

Unfortunately there was no freezer which would of been good to re freeze ice packs for cool boxes as the fridge was always full of other campers food and drinks so difficult to find space for anything cold.

Great facilities, welcoming and helpful owners, fantastic location, well maintained grounds. Could not have asked for more.

No Wifi but that’s the point of camping

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly service.
Clean and well-maintained toilets.
Quiet, relaxing, and a stone throw away from a beautiful beach.

Not so much a dislike, more like a suggestion. The kitchen space is a bit too small, & as there are no covered areas where to socialise, it gets a bit crowded.
Having a roofed area to sit outside will be fantastic.

The campsite is excellent. It has a small kitchen with a kettle and microwave as well as combined shower/toilet cubicles plus one is with disabled access. The owners of the croft are super helpful and I'd thoroughly recommend a stay. Great location for the South End of the island and the village is only 20, mins walk too 👣👍

This was one of the best sites we’ve visited. Small, nice sheltered pitches (much needed) grass well kept, brand new shower/kitchen facilities. Close to all amenities on the island.

It rained a lot - but great to have warm places to dry out.

Surrounded by beautiful scenery, perfectly placed. As three people from the city its not often enough we get to relax in serene settings like this. Facilities were well maintained and the owner was lovely. You're never too far from a beach or some spectacular view, and a well earned pint afterwards at the pub. We'd love to come back again.
