The Costa Brava coast has masses for families to do: spend fun-filled days on daredevil waterslides at Parc Aquàtic Aquadiver (five minutes’ drive) and Water World (40 minutes), or take your life in your hands on ziplines and treetop trails at Costa Brava Parc Aventura (10 minutes). For something a bit more rural, hire bikes at reception for the strenuous cycle rides in the Massís de les Cadiretes foothills (30 minutes), or the gentler routes along the beachfront at Platja d’Aro (10 minutes). Tee off at Club Golf d’Aro – Mas Nou, or teach the kids the rules of the game at Pitch & Putt Platja d’Aro (both less than 15 minutes).
