喜欢 We picked this site because it was convenient for an overnight stay before our ferry the following day. What we liked:
- Easy 15 minute drive to Santander port.
- For quite a big site it was very quiet.
- Friendly and helpful staff.
- Good restaurant and bar offering generous portioned tasty food.
- Facilities - although very dated - were clean with plenty of shower and toilet cubicles.
- The showers had great water pressure and were hot, the best we’d experienced during our 2 week road trip through Portugal/Spain.
不喜欢 Not much to dislike given that we only stayed for one night. If we were to be super critical we feel that improvements could be made in the following areas:
- We tried to book direct as instructed by the campsite website but they failed to respond, so we booked through PitchUp instead.
- Dated facilities with some cracked tiles.
- The door lock to the shower was broken and the shower head didn’t fit the wall bracket.

Challenging to manoeuvre a caravan around the site, as access roads are narrow. Difficult to get onto pitch due to position of trees and closeness of anyone camping opposite.
If you don't have motor mover you will struggle

喜欢 Nice and quiet and a short drive from the ferry. The toilets and showers were very clean but dated.
不喜欢 No or few locks on toilet and shower doors.
Restaurant looked OK BUT walked out after not getting any service after long wait ( and it wasn’t busy)

喜欢 Lovely campsite close to the beach at Santander, very warm welcome from the host. Great facilities, and helpful staff.
不喜欢 Could do with a bit more lighting in the touring area, but not a problem if you've brought enough torches!

不喜欢 Pitches are soooo tight with too many trees. Really difficult to get in with a motorhome. Saw loads of people struggle to get in and hit trees!
