喜欢: Well organised camp site. Clean. Facilties were good and not too expensive to eat or drink in the restuarants. Accomodation (Dream Suite) had a very comfortable large bed / clean fresh good quality linen / accessories in the room were good / everything we needed to self cater. The washing / dish cleaning products provided were helpful (as we only stayed 1 night we didn't think to pack any). Only suggestion would be to consider providing body washing products in the shower... we are used to staying in accomodation that always provides this as a minimum so we didn't realise we should bring our own... however we know for next time as we will definately be coming back. Highly reccommended and we wished we had booked for longer!

不喜欢: We had some issues with the administration as we booked with Pitchup.com and paid the full fee, and receieved payment confirmation which concluded we didn't have to pay anything at the Molke campsite as they had received thier payment. However I received an invoice directly from Molke campsite requesting that I pay an amount which was a lot more than I had already paid Pitchup.com. After contacting them they confirmed it was an administration error and there would be nothing to pay on arrival, however 2 days after arriving home I was emailed the same invoice saying it was outstanding and I needed to pay. We therefore had to contact them again and explain we had already resolved this issue before arrival. We hope thier administration process is better organised the next time we book!
