Take your Tuscan trip to new heights with a stay 300 metres above sea level and next to a spacious swimming pool at family-friendly Luxor Chianti Village in Castellina, 20 minutes’ drive from the spectacular architecture of Siena. Guests hurtle around a handful of hairpin bends to reach this site set on a hectare’s worth of grassy green land surrounded by oak trees and typically Tuscan brushwood. It has ample room for spreading out on the grounds as well as cosy amenities like the trattoria-style Trasqua restaurant near the adults’ pool for gourmet cuisine once your belly starts rumbling. There’s free wifi at this eatery, as well as in its bar area, for researching trips to some of Tuscany’s top-ranking towns and cities, like Monteriggioni (15 minutes), Colle di Val d'Elsa (20 minutes), San Gimignano (40 minutes) and Florence (an hour), while tasting Chianti wine from the site’s cellar. 不喜欢 Wenn man sein Fahrzeug beherrscht , ist es möglich, den Campingplatz ohne Schaden zu erreichen. Ein 2,5 km langer unbefestigter Weg macht die Anfahrt gerade auch bei Regen sehr schwierig . Die Stellplätze ansich sind schön und groß genug, aber bei Regen sehr schnell verschlammt und glitschig. Mit unserem Camper war es nicht einfach dort zu rangieren ...

喜欢 L’espace piscine avec bar , restaurant , jeux pour enfants. Le calme au milieu des arbres et des champs de vigne. Personnel très sympathique. On peut choisir son emplacement.

不喜欢 Personne à la réception à notre arrivée , il faut aller au restaurant. Sanitaires propres , douches un peu anciennes et une petite odeur de fosse sceptique près des sanitaires.

不喜欢 Road leading up to the camping was very very uneven - lots of holes. My poor, small car has been damaged by it quite a bit. But I guess for Campers and Vans not a problem.

喜欢 Sono stato ospite anche quest'anno (Dopo anche l'anno scorso sempre ad agosto) per un paio di settimane consecutive ad Agosto.
Come l'anno scorso, il tutto si è rivelato nuovamente eccellente.
Servizi sempre puliti ed organizzati.
Personale (Bar, Reception, Bagnini) sempre attento e cordiale, oltre che simpaticissimo.
La piscina è un toccasana, in quella posizione di giorno c'è un caldo incredibile che si stempera bene con la piscina, di notte ci vuole il lenzuolino per coprirsi (Pura gioia ad Agosto).
Consiglio a chiunque, tutte le età.
Io personalmente tornerò nuovamente SICURAMENTE.
Un saluto!!!
