For as they rightly point out, this Tuscany site's locale near Rignano sull'Arno in the province of Florence means you can pick whichever sort of Italian hol you prefer: basking relaxedly under the sun on site, pottering around the Chianti vineyards surrounding, or basing oneself here to get to glorious Tuscany cities like Florence just 15 kilometres away… (Doing the whole heap is, natch, an excellent option too). The bus stop to splendid Florence is a piffling 50 metres from the Poggetto entrance, and Pisa, Lucca and Siena are all within easy reach for day trips. Mountain bikes are available for hire on site too if your preferred option is to get out into the handscomely scenic surrounding countryside. Whatever your holiday flavour, have quite a bit of Tuscan cuisine and wood oven pizza at the local restaurant, open all day for kicking off your day with brekkie, having a quick lunch and lingering over a proper Italian dinner in the evening. A mini market is on site and barbecues are allowed. Those lazing around on base can splash around in two pools (one for the full-sized and one for the kids), get active at the gym, surf worldly matters at the internet point or send the kids off to get busy at the playground. The site is seven and a half kilometres from afternoons at shopping outlet The Mall – as Tuscan holidays should involve some Italian clothes shopping too.

喜欢 Schöner, geräumiger, ruhiger Platz mit altem Baumbestand.
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Kleiner Laden indem man das Nötigste bekommt.
Saubere Sanitäranlagen.
Toller Pool mit Badekappenpflicht! - Aber wenn alle sie tragen kommt man sich nicht mehr so komisch vor😉

不喜欢 Wir konnten nichts Negatives finden.

Die Toiletten waren teilweise wirklich sehr unansehnlich- welches aber nicht am Reinigungspersonal lag, sondern an den „lieben“ Mitcampern- es ist einfach unbegreiflich, wie dreckig die Toiletten hinterlassen wurden!!!!

喜欢 Very close to the leaning tower, pool was clean and well maintained.Showers were hot and included in ghe price. Most of the pitches are covered in netting to keep them cool.

喜欢 Super camping z pięknym basenem i restauracją z pysznym jedzeniem. Mały sklepik z najpotrzebniejszymi rzeczami i barem który serwuje pyszną kawę i drinki oraz szybkie przekąski. Ubikacje i prysznicem czyste. Super plac zabaw z domkami na drzewie. W recepcji można nabyć bilety na autobus do Florencji (ok. 50 min).

喜欢 Het verloop van de reservering ging vlotjes, het onthaal was ook prima, we hadden een mooie plaats dichtbij het sanitair.

不喜欢 Ik vond de douches niet proper en er was geen warm water. De beloofde WiFi werkte niet en we dienden een badmuts aan in het zwembad iets dat we natuurlijk niet bij hadden en moesten aankopen maar de kostprijs was dan ook maar 2,50 euro, maar toch jammer. Locatie was niet ideaal om uitstappen te doen. Winkeltje vonden we super duur.

喜欢 A great place to stay. Lovely shaded pitches, mini market, bar, restaurant and super pool. Friendly staff who are polite and helpful. Especially the lady at reception and the golf cart guy who both spoke very good English.

One could of course spend days/weeks among the likes of these Tuscany cities, but among the Poggetto team's top picks are: for Florence, a wander along the Arno river and around the Uffizi Gallery followed by a tagliata steak; for Pisa, the famed tower (but of course) and the medieval marble cathedral, and for Lucca, the medieval city walls and the Italian and international nightly acts of the Lucca Summer Festival. Also recommended is Siena, just south of the site, for its twice-yearly Palio di Siena horse race, and nearby San Gimignano, with its 14 medieval towers each over 45 metres high.
